Flockle Terms of Service

Welcome to Flockle, a daily social prediction game. By creating an account or otherwise using Flockle, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Who can use Flockle

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flockle. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account. Flockle accounts are anonymous and tied to the device you play on — there is no email or password, and your account is not transferable to another device. Uninstalling the app may permanently lose access to your account and its progress.

Content you submit

Flockle lets you submit answers to daily prompts, suggest future prompts, and choose a username and avatar. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you give us permission to display it as part of the game — for example, showing your answer grouped with others (answers are shown to other players without your name) and showing your answer and score to people you’ve added as friends.

Rules of conduct — zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to submit content that is:

• hateful, harassing, or that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
• sexually explicit, violent, or graphic;
• threatening, bullying, or intended to harass another person;
• illegal, or that promotes illegal acts;
• spam, or impersonating someone else.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report an answer or another player, and block another player, from within the app. We review every report and will remove violating content and, where warranted, suspend or remove the accounts responsible — typically within 24 hours of a report. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Flockle is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app. Continuing to use Flockle after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
